We welcome any and all support as we lay the foundation for EVCC. Please note if you are supporting Sankofa Journey, you are also supporting EVCC. Monies will be used for staff salary, leadership training, other training/conferences, future building fund, and administrative supplies. We officially have 501(c) nonprofit status. Any donation you make is tax-deductible.
We use Stripe for online donations. After much research, we have found it costs the least amount for us to use. There is no monthly charge. They do take a small percentage of each donation. For instance, on a $50 donation, the processing fee is $2.75; on a $100 donation, the processing fee is $5.20, etc. Your donation is still recognized as the full amount by the IRS.
